Payton Press LLC and its sister division, Avery’s Authors, were formed by Gloria Barone Rosanio and Jim Rosanio. We’re a creative husband and wife team who create children’s books together and who visit numerous schools and community events to share our stories. Our goal is to nurture children’s imaginations, help children think about themselves and the world around them, and instill in children a love of reading, writing, and artwork.

  1. Hello
I was hoping you could help me publish a book for my mother. She was inspired to begin writing when my son gave a her a journal as a gift. Over the past year she has written a children’s chapter book about a mermaid and her adventures. It is rough at this point but has a good story and message after each chapter. It’s an easy read.

I am also involved in the project. I’m an art teacher so my mom assumed I’d be her illustrator. I’m happy to do this and want to help her in any way I can.

I happened to be reading a short article in “Marlton Family” magazine regarding Emma DiGesu and “Dandy’s Discovery”. I then googled to learn more and found your story. I love the way life works.

I hope you can help guide us. I am a creative person, but never worked on a book. I would really like to pursue this adventure and make my mom’s dream to publish her book come true.

    I can be reached at (609) 929-2299
I’m looking forward to talking to you.

    Kind Regards,
    Larissa Danowitz

    1. Dear Larissa, I’m so sorry for not responding sooner – I hadn’t seen your message. Are you still interested in printing your mother’s book, or have you found another resource by now? If you have the story and the illustrations completed, we would be happy to put the book together for you and describe the process. We enable you to print as few or as many books as you would like and pay per book. If you’d like more information, please let me know.
